1.      High School certificate photocopy of mark sheet of High School.

2.      Intermediate certificate photocopy of mark sheet of Intermediate.

3.      Transfer certificate original copy.

4.      Character certificate original copy.

5.      S.C./ S.T. or O.B.C. caste and income certificate original copy.

6.      Six passport size photo of the candidate.
